- steering Committee: political made up of the authorities of the focal institutions in each country and the WMO
- Technical committee(s) that is made up more at the level of the technicians who work on the project in each country and at the WMO
- Scientific Advisory Committee at the service of the project that will include other institutions that do not work directly on the project and that will offer a space for dialogue, exchange and participation of representatives of the RA III Working Groups
